Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers by name.
• Lead by example to foster positive employee relations and a collaborative store culture.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Supervise across all store areas in absence of Department Manager; step in as needed.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; keep updated on changes.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Order merchandise, verify deliveries, and report discrepancies.
• Manage displays and ensure product quality to meet customer demand.
• Review sales, inventory, and display data; utilize payroll basics.
