Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager to lead an auto service team, coordinate between technicians and customers, and drive service sales. You will hire, train and coach staff while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on automotive repair knowledge. Full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills required for customer interactions.
• Ability to lead, recruit and coach technicians; maintain inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Maintain high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
• Be the primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback; foster loyalty.
• Manage paperwork, financial transactions and store policies to improve efficiency.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
