Qualifications

• 4 years of auto service technical experience is required.

• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of an auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide insights to improve front/back shop communication and sales.
