Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to gain hands-on experience in one of its auto service centers, managing the service department and ensuring quality work delivered on time for guests. The role involves scheduling staff, organizing workflows, and driving customer satisfaction.

You will lead training initiatives, articulate warranties and promotions, and contribute to a safe, clean guest area while working in a fast-paced environment. A driver’s license and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license and legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department effectively by scheduling associates, service appointments, and organizing work flow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by liaising between technicians and guests.
• Responsible for contributing to the training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels.
