Job summary

Goodyear seeks a Service Manager to gain hands-on experience in one of our auto service centers, delivering outstanding service and managing the service department to meet goals. You will schedule associates, manage appointments and organize workflow to ensure quality work on time for guests.

You will drive tire and service sales, build guest relationships, and coordinate training while communicating warranties and promotions to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department effectively by scheduling associates, service appointments and organizing workflow.
• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction as the liaison between technicians and guests.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
