Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department at a Goodyear Auto Service Center. You will schedule associates, manage service appointments, and organize workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.

You will drive tire and service sales through guest interactions, build guest relationships, and act as a liaison between technicians and customers. Training and development of staff are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling staff and organizing workflow.
• Drive service and tire sales through guest interactions and recommendations.
• Train and develop service department associates and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Explain warranties, promotions and advertisements to guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe work and guest area.
