Job summary

Goodyear is hiring a Service Manager for one of its auto service centers. You will oversee the service department, schedule associates and appointments, and organize workflow to ensure timely, high-quality work for guests.

You will also drive tire and service sales and build strong guest relationships while coordinating training and development of staff. We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork, with a focus on following procedures and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling technicians, service appointments, and workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales and build guest relationships.
• Train and develop service department staff; communicate warranties, promotions and advertisements to guests.
