Goodyear is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department in one of our auto service centers. You will schedule technicians, manage appointments, and organize workflows to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality work to guests.

You will drive tire and service sales through guest interactions, build strong guest relationships, and mentor service staff. A valid driver’s license and at least one year of automotive service management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information to make decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage the service department by scheduling staff, appointments, and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive sales through guest interactions, including tire and service recommendations.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction as the liaison between technicians and guests.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
