Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in management, industrial sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer facing Service team.
• Hire and perform job coaching and evaluations.
• Lead to achieve sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals.
• Provide safety leadership and a positive working environment.
• Support service reps at customer sites and resolve issues.
