Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE C1 – Service Consultant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and enforce policies.
• Carry out duties of Assistant Manager and lead a team.
• Develop a high-performing team with LMS and vendor trainings.
• Schedule staff to cover all hours of operation and meet customer needs.
• Communicate with team through daily huddles and meetings.
• Train and support staff on VIP programs and customer education.
