Qualifications

• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.

• Two years of related automotive service management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as Priority #1 and enforce safety policies.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager and lead the team to VIP standards.
• Hire, develop, and coach associates; ensure LMS and vendor trainings are completed.
• Schedule team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Communicate effectively with the team via daily huddles and meetings.
• Monitor emails for customer appointments and VIP program adherence.
• Distribute work orders to technicians per first-available rule.
• Maintain facility and equipment to meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Participate in off-site meetings and trainings as required.
