Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE Certification(s) such as C1/P2/G1 recommended or required

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1.
• Carry out all required duties of the Assistant Manager position.
• Learn VIP processes to lead an extraordinary team.
• Proper scheduling to meet customer needs during all hours of operation.
• Communicate with team during daily huddles and store meetings.
• Monitor emails for customer appointments and communications.
• Train and deliver the 5 for 5 process with customers.
• Coordinate dispatching of work orders to technicians.
• Attend off-site trainings as needed.
