Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school recommended.
• ASE certifications C1, P2, G1 are preferred or required where applicable.
• State inspection license may be required in some states.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Build and lead an extraordinary team to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Schedule and coordinate the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Maintain facility and equipment to ensure clean, safe operations.
• Enforce compliance with service ethics and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with management and policy administration for location standards.
