The role develops future Service Managers by coaching and certifying staff, while managing day-to-day service performance and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is priority and follow all safety policies.
• Perform duties of Assistant Manager and develop a high-performing team.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Communicate with the team through daily huddles and store meetings.
• Train and mentor associates toward LMS and ASE certifications.
