The role emphasizes DOT compliance, safety, and cost-effective repair strategies while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Heavy Equipment Service.
• 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 3-5 years sales experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, safety, and math/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Service Team and Technicians to meet service goals.
• Ensure work-order processes from opening to invoicing run efficiently.
• Coordinate with executive management on departmental objectives.
• Provide DOT compliance paperwork to the DOT manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
• Develop cost-effective repair procedures and customer quotes.
