Job summary

Dynamic Equipment is seeking an experienced Service Manager in Lakeland to energize the service team and oversee shop and field operations. You will lead technicians, manage work orders from opening to billing, and ensure precise administrative processes while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and the ability to bridge technical and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or certificate plus 3–5 years in heavy equipment service.
• A four-year degree is a plus.
• Extensive heavy equipment service experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all Service Department personnel to ensure a high standard of workmanship.
• Oversee the lifecycle of work orders, from opening to billing.
• Monitor and record employee time and performance metrics to optimize shop efficiency.
• Coordinate scheduling of equipment pick-up and delivery for local and field assignments.
• Act as primary contact for customers, explaining quotes and adjustments.
