Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience or equivalent training (degree/certificate accepted).
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people.

Responsibilities

• Financial and performance management: meet or exceed goals and manage service workflows and schedules.
• Customer interaction: handle inquiries, estimates, complaints, and ensure efficient department operations.
• Documentation and scheduling: supervise staff, maintain service records, and ensure timely documentation.
