Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Service Manager who will lead the branch's Service department to meet or exceed goals. You will supervise District Managers and drive customer service, route activity, and key account installs, while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage costs within budget, and collaborate with other branches and departments to grow the service portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of successful experience in textile service.
• Excellent customer service, management, and route sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and motivate a productive DM and RSR team.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service.
• Oversee safety, HR, and SOP compliance.
• Attend major and corporate account installs.
• Control department costs within budget and report to GM.
• Lead route organization and coordinate with other branches.
