Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of routes, meet service goals, and report to the Service Manager. The role emphasizes team development, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the branch and processing plant.

A Senior DM may oversee a service center with added responsibilities. The position requires a valid driver’s license and strong communication, with frequent travel within the branch area.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.
• Qualified to hold a driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction, and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed service goals for a district of routes. Reports to the Service Manager.
• Develop and motivate a district to be highly productive through training, meetings, route rides, and strong relationships with RSRs.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, and open communication.
• Drive retention and growth by soliciting new customers and upsell opportunities across lines of service.
• Oversee route organization, safety, policies, and coordination with other branches and departments.
