Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Florida seeks a District Manager to meet service goals across a district of routes. You report to the Service Manager and may oversee a service center; if the center has more than seven routes, the DM becomes a Senior DM.

Responsibilities include driving customer visits, audits, problem solving, and ensuring safety/SOP adherence. Frequent travel within the branch area is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required and a clean driving record.
• Excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Strong English communication, time management and teamwork.
• Ability to count, sizes and types of product and accuracy in counting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be productive through training and meetings.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service via visits, audits, and problem solving.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety, and SOP adherence in the district.
• Grow retention by upselling and cross-selling all service lines; monitor competitors.
• Lead district, communicate changes, organize routes, and coordinate with other branches.
• Complete route duties when needed; operate delivery vehicle safely and legally.
• Follow instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
• Senior DM duties include overseeing a service center, inventory, deposits, and plant communication.
