Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Alexandria, VA is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, customer service, and service team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service. The District Manager reports directly to the Service Manager.

You will manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution; lead drivers and service staff to drive performance, coach for accountability, and respond to escalated issues while promoting safety and policy

Qualifications

3+ years of route operations or logistics leadership.
1+ year of direct leadership experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize productivity.
Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance and accountability.
Ensure consistent customer service and respond to escalated service issues and delivery challenges.
Promote and enforce safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and operating procedures.
