Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in the United States is seeking a Service Manager to lead all aspects of branch service operations, drive customer satisfaction, and deliver strong financial results. You will develop District Managers and Route Sales Representatives, coach performance, oversee audits, visits, and issue resolution, and partner with Sales, Production, and Office teams to hit growth and safety goals.

This role requires 3–5 years of leadership in route-based services and knowledge of DOT regulations

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of leadership in route-based service or similar.
• Strong knowledge of route operations and service execution.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and fleet safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach branch team to high performance.
• Drive employee performance via coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee route audits, customer visits, issue resolution.
• Support retention and revenue growth through upselling and new accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Office teams.
• Promote safe operations and maintain vehicles.
