Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of routes, drive service goals, and report to the Service Manager. Senior DM status applies when the district exceeds seven routes or when overseeing a service center.

You will develop a productive team, promote customer loyalty, ensure policy adherence, and manage growth with effective cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction and good time management skills and team player.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team through continual training and meetings.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits, audits, and problem solving.
• Ensure policy compliance, safety and Service SOP within the district.
• Drive retention and growth by soliciting new customers and up-selling services.
• Lead district communications, organize routes, and coordinate with other departments.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all laws and company policy.
• Support other service personnel as required.
