Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of routes and drive service goals. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Service Manager and may oversee a service center if there are more than 7 routes.

You will mentor a district team, conduct customer visits, audits, and new installs; manage retention, growth, and promotions while coordinating with other departments to ensure profitability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction and good time management skills.
• Recognize colors, sizes and types of product and count, add and subtract accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate a district to be a highly productive team through continual training and regular meetings.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service through visits, audits, new installs, problem solving and open communication with customers.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed in their district, including safety and SOPs.
• Manage retention and growth by soliciting new customers and promoting services; monitor competitive activity.
• Lead district to success, communicate changes, oversee route organization and collaborate with other departments.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow all laws and company policy.
• Oversee a service center as a Senior DM when applicable.
