Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to lead our customer-facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management, guiding team performance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing service team and oversee hiring and performance management.
• Ensure overall team performance and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead training on sales techniques and maintain goodwill at customer sites.
• Attend customer sites to support service delivery and problem resolution.
