Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage performance of the service team.
• Lead the team to achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.
• Provide leadership to foster a safe work environment and customer satisfaction.
• Train the team on effective sales techniques.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain goodwill at customer sites.
• Manage budget and operational issues affecting service.
• Support field staff by accompanying service reps or visiting customers.
