Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer‑facing Service team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will hire and coach staff, drive performance, and maintain a safe, customer‑centric operation.

You will resolve customer issues, train the team in sales techniques, and oversee budgets, payroll, and inventory to meet the company’s sales and service goals. Hands‑on field support, visiting customer sites and guiding service reps, helps ensure world‑class service and strong goodwill

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage service team performance.
• Provide leadership and maintain a safe working environment.
• Resolve customer issues and train team on sales techniques.
• Perform goodwill visits at customer sites and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals while managing a budget and operations issues.
• Provide hands-on support with service reps and customer visits as needed.
