Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team, including hiring, performance management and leadership to foster a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer issues and train the team on effective sales techniques while supporting service delivery at customer sites.

The role involves driving a company vehicle, assisting with pickups/deliveries, and ensuring achievement of sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the customer-facing Service team and oversee hiring and performance management.
• Provide leadership to ensure a safe working environment and high customer satisfaction; resolve customer issues; train team in sales techniques.
• Meet sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; manage budget and operational issues affecting service.
