Job summary

Cintas Corporation in California is seeking a Service Manager to directly lead our customer-facing Service team. You will hire and manage staff, drive performance, and ensure world-class service at customer sites while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, resolving customer issues, managing budgets and payroll, and supporting field staff during pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• HS diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service is a plus.
