Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks a hands-on Shop Manager to lead technicians and drive service operations. You will develop scopes, estimate labor, and ensure service work follows the IPEG Management System with thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in an industrial setting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with SAP, MS Project, and Excel. A focus on safety and results is essential for success.

What You'll Do:

• Supervision of shop and field service technicians.
• Scope development and labor estimates for service work.
• Execution of service work in accordance with IPEG Management System. This includes accurate documentation of the work performed.
• Performing warranty evaluations.
• Understanding of project planning and production scheduling.
• Maintain a full understanding of service-related procedures and business policies.
• Ability to use SAP system.
• Managing monthly targets for both service & repair revenue and gross margin.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment,complying withcompany and industry safety regulations.
• Perform GEMBA walks, manage all onsite safety in coordination with safety team.

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1- 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting and leading team.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook and Word).
• Fundamental understanding of rotating equipment, fabrication, equipment rigging, and machine shop practices. Knowledge of the use and maintenance of shop and field service equipment and tools.
• Strong organizational and management skills, along with cohesive team building skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
