Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies seeks a hands-on Shop Manager to supervise shop and field service technicians in Missouri, develop people, and solve operational challenges while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee scope development, labor estimates, and execution of service work with proper documentation, safety, and adherence to policies. Proficiency in SAP and office tools is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting and leading team.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook and Word).
• Fundamental understanding of rotating equipment, fabrication, equipment rigging, and machine shop practices.
• Knowledge of the use and maintenance of shop and field service equipment and tools.
• Strong organizational and management skills, along with cohesive team building skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
