Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service & Repair Coordinator 2 for a 100% on-site role in Spartanburg, SC. You will manage a small on-site team, oversee quotes, scheduling, and order completion within the ERP system, and ensure accurate paperwork throughout the job lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s or associate degree with relevant experience, 5+ years in electrical/mechanical/distribution, and strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Associate's with 2 years related experience.
• 5+ years experience with electrical, mechanical or distribution.
• 5+ years of experience with pumps, motors, or similar rotating equipment.
• Advanced computer proficiency (MS Word & Excel).
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable; able to follow instructions.
• Team-oriented; able to work in a repair shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small on-site team of Service & Repair Coordinators.
• Lead quotes, updates, and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop.
• Present and apply ERP knowledge to each entry.
• Address customer inquiries regarding service orders.
• Expedite purchase orders as needed.
• Enter and maintain customer sales orders in distribution software system.
• Maintain all paperwork from start to end of job process.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment per safety regulations.

100% On-site Position

What You'll Do:

• Manage a small team of Service & Repair Coordinators on-site
• Lead Service & Repair quotes, updates, and scheduling/completion of orders through the shop
• Present and maintain knowledge of all aspects and options available within our ERP and apply it accordingly to each entry
• Adjust and follow through on customer inquiries regarding service orders
• Expedite purchase orders as / if necessary.
• Enter and maintain customer sales orders in distribution software system as necessary
• Maintain all paperwork from beginning to end of job process
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or University; or Associate's Degree with two (2) years related experience.
• 5+ years of experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical or distribution.
• 5+ years of experience with pumps, motors, or similar rotating equipment.
• Advanced computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, and inspection reporting.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a repair shop environment.
