Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across the community to meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes handling resident work orders, scheduling and inspecting repairs, and ensuring make-ready preparation for new move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Manages work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors.
• Maintains community grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas to Greystar standards.
• Inspects work and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory and supports budget through efficient maintenance practices.
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance as outlined in manuals.
• Ensures safety training and MSDS sheets are current and OSHA regs are followed.
• Demonstrates respectful, responsive communication with residents and team.
