Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a maintenance technician to oversee and perform tasks ensuring the community meets Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle make-ready work, routine upkeep, and inspections each day.

The role requires tools, EPA certifications if applicable, and strong customer service to interact with residents and team members. Flexible hours include on-call shifts and field duties at a large community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and safe tool use knowledge.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with computers; MS Office; PM systems preferred.
• Math skills for financial, administrative documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and complete make-ready process for vacant units and inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to service requests.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies; assist budget planning.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Provide courteous service to residents and respond to questions quickly.
