Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound calls, build customer relationships, and schedule Service Department appointments. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail in documenting orders and processing payments.

Responsibilities include routing calls, providing reports to management, and ensuring smooth handoffs to service consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to handle cash or payment processes is a plus.
• Prior industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls to uncover customer needs and direct calls accordingly.
• Ensure service consultants receive messages promptly.
• Schedule and route service appointments when consultants are unavailable.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
• Handle and document retail charges and provide receipts.
• Process charge purchases per Controller policies.
• Close internal repair orders and route to Billing Clerk for processing.
• File repair orders and parts tickets in customer service files.
