AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to make outbound service calls and build customer relationships. You will schedule Service Department appointments and ensure messages reach the right consultants promptly.

Responsibilities include qualifying customers, routing information, processing payments, and closing repair orders. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with an industry background preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• One year certificate from college/technical school or related training is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and follow instructions.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls and schedule appointments for the Service Department.
• Ask qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately.
• Provide messages promptly to service consultants and route information.
• Process and document charge purchases and provide receipts.
• Close internal repair orders promptly and file related documents.
