Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Loyalty Coordinator to handle outbound service calls, build customer relationships, and schedule Service Department appointments. The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and accurate processing of charges and documentation.

You will support dealership operations with reporting and orderly filing of repair orders and parts tickets. Responsibilities include directing inquiries, ensuring messages reach service consultants, and routing

Responsibilities

• Make outbound service calls and schedule appointments for the Service Department.
• Ensure service consultants receive messages promptly.
• Route appointment information to the appropriate service consultant.
• Provide reporting to dealership management.
• Process and collect charges from customers per policy.
• Provide customers with receipts and change as applicable.
• Close internal repair orders promptly and route to Billing Clerk.
• File repair orders and parts tickets in customer service files.
