Job summary

Graybar seeks a Service Representative Off-Site to serve as a key customer contact, ensuring satisfaction and coordinating service requests. Occasional Delivery Driver duties may be required to support timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a 4-year degree preferred, and the ability to handle physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment. The schedule is Monday–Friday with daytime hours. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience required; 4+ years preferred
• 4 year degree preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 70 pounds
• Warehouse equipment operation including pallet jacks, forklifts, push carts
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and in varying temperatures
• Uphold safety instructions and PPE requirements
• Driving requirements if assigned to Company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in selling Company goods and services; assist customers at the counter
• Coordinate handling of customer service requests including order entry, pricing, billing, and order maintenance
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory duties; manage stock levels
• May perform Delivery Driver duties; operate a light van to deliver orders
• Update knowledge of products through training
• Train new or less experienced representatives
