Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Representative Off-Site to act as a key liaison with customers and ensure total satisfaction. You will support order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and inventory management while coordinating shipping and delivery tasks.

When needed, you may drive a light delivery vehicle and contribute to training new staff. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong communication across teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience required.
• 4+ years experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for customers to ensure total satisfaction.
• Take active role in selling company goods and services; meet customer needs.
• Process orders, pricing, expediting and billing; maintain orders.
• Handle shipping, receiving and inventory maintenance; monitor inventory levels.
• Serve as Delivery Driver when needed and deliver customer orders.
• Train new or less experienced representatives and assist in onboarding.
