Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-service role; 4+ years preferred.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 70 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; handle customer situations with tact.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison with customers to ensure total satisfaction and drive sales.
• Process orders, pricing, billing, and order maintenance; coordinate expediting and shipping.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks; assist in training new employees.
