Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Service Representative Off-Site to serve as a key contact for customers, drive sales of company goods, and coordinate service requests from order entry to billing. The role includes shipping, receiving, and inventory duties, with potential delivery driver duties to meet customer expectations.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience (4+ preferred) and a 4-year degree is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience required; 4+ years preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Ability to perform physical requirements to receive, pick, pack, ship, and move materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety instructions (pallet jacks, forklifts, push carts).
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and adapt to seasonal changes.

Responsabilidades

• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services and assist customers in selecting products.
• Coordinate prompt handling of customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and maintenance.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance; evaluate inventory levels and maintain balance of merchandise.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties; operate a light van to deliver orders and meet customer expectations.
• Update product knowledge through self-study and training classes; train new representatives; assist in orientation for new employees.
