Cognizant is seeking a Service Line Sales Specialist (Communications, Media & Technology) to drive new business growth and shape strategic solutions across clients in that industry. You will partner with stakeholders, delivery teams, and architects to secure opportunities and craft tailored propositions that align with client goals.

The role emphasizes strategic RFP input, high-level discussions with C-level sponsors, and collaboration with BPM/RPA vendors to map roadmaps to client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in sales, service line management, presales, or consulting roles focused on Integration, BPM, or related enterprise technology services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Proven ability to drive business development cycles and strategic discussions.
• Foundational to strong understanding of the Communications, Media & Technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships at management and executive levels.
• Lead high-level conversations around integration strategies, business process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Contribute strategic insights in RFP discussions and shape tailored responses to secure New Logo business.
• Articulate the value proposition of our services and identify client needs across processes and technology.
• Collaborate with vendors to understand roadmaps and recommend products aligned to client goals.
