Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sales Director - BPO & Digital Operations CMT to accelerate growth in the Digital Operations unit across the CMT segment. You will drive new logo acquisition and guide high-value transformation deals, while partnering with IOA and other teams to shape client propositions.

You will build executive-level client relationships, lead multi-million deals, and ensure revenue, margin and pipeline targets are met, leveraging AI-led insights and industry experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital-native or technology-driven environments with strong BPO/Digital Operations background.
• Proven experience leading $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and $10M–$30M deals.
• Strong analytical mindset; translate client challenges into scalable solutions.
• Experience advising on location and operating model strategy within global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead new logo acquisition efforts and portfolio growth strategy, closing large, complex BPO and Digital Operations deals.
• Establish executive-level relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide thought leadership.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Delivery, Process Excellence, and Automation teams to craft differentiated client propositions.
• Lead end-to-end account ownership including deal shaping, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
