Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Service Line Specialist for Cognizant Moment in the United States. You will serve as the expert and go-to-market champion for Moment services within Communications, Media, and Technology, driving growth through strategic account engagement and solution-focused opportunities.

You will build and lead pursuit teams, shape solutions, pricing, and deals while coordinating with marketing, digital experience, and account teams.

Qualifications

• Strategic ability to translate business challenges into experience solutions.
• Deep understanding of the Communications, Media & Technology sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in digital experience or AI spaces.
• Effective executive communication and ability to present compelling solutions.
• Ability to analyze opportunities and craft pitches, proposals, and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Champion the service line and embed experience capabilities into pursuits.
• Lead a pipeline of opportunities and shape client problem statements.
• Assemble pursuit teams and own the story, deal structure, and pricing.
• Establish relationships with client stakeholders to drive satisfaction and thought leadership.
• Coordinate with Cognizant Moment and other groups to respond to client needs.
