Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and training the restaurant crew.

The role requires leadership to keep the line clean and equipment functioning, with on-your-feet duties and task completion when not busy. The position focuses on ensuring great food, handling customer incidents, and developing future Service Leaders, while supporting office duties and crew scheduling.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety which includes: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and daily Food Safety Checklist.
