Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean line, supervising service, and supporting various tasks on shift.

You will lead front-of-house teams, contribute to training and performance reviews, and assist with office duties while maintaining operational standards and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life, Daily Food Safety Checklist compliance.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties: banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
