Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and providing excellent service. The role requires supervising line operations, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting task completion when busy.

You will help monitor crew performance, develop front-of-house staff, and assist with office duties and banking policies.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location
• High school diploma requirement
• Restaurant experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served
• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment
• Be on feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and leadership development
• Handle miscellaneous office administration duties and banking policies
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are stocked and available
