Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires monitoring line operations, supporting food safety, and guiding crew performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will help resolve customer issues, manage breaks and shifts, and participate in front-of-house development, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge required.
• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Good communication skills and ability to read/write in the work location languages.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and customer experience is positive.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and line changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; support performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
