Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and attentive to service standards.

The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized line with functioning equipment, monitoring time/temperature, and supporting breaks and shift schedules. You will develop front-of-house staff and contribute to office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Handles cash in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains food safety standards and health dept. compliance.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and small admin tasks.
• Communicates clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Monitor line, timing, and shelf-life; ensure safety checklists are followed.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; cross-train front-of-house staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration tasks and ordering of supplies.
