Job summary

You will contribute to a high standards culture, support food safety, and handle diverse tasks from kitchen to front-of-house operations, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Understanding and applying Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; support performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are kept in good order.
